Gate Valves

Gate Valves are ideally used to handle fluids in the domain of flow control. They are available in fully opened as well as closed design with no obstruction in the flow path. They are designed to ensure minimum friction loss with maximum flow liquid. The operation of the gate valves is carried out with or clockwise to open (CTO) or clockwise to close (CTC) rotating motion of the stem. While managing the valve stem, the gate is moved in up- or downward direction.

Features of Gate Valves:

• Seats are available with pressure-relieving slots
• Pressure-relieving slots to relieve upstream pressure and prevent seat damage
• Ideal to be used in a number of fluids and adverse working conditions
• Can withstand temperature between -20 and +70 °C
